Notify Your Claim / Potential Claim
You may notify any claims, potential claims or circumstances that may give rise to claims via the following methods. You also need to fill in the Claim Notification Form which will assist the claim manager to process your notification smoothly. Once you have submitted your notification and the Claim Notification Form, speak to personnel from JLT to ensure that your notification is received.

JLT will review your notification and send an acknowledgment letter within three working days. If you do not receive an acknowledgement letter within the stipulated time, please contact JLT.
JLT will then:
Notify the Insurers about the claim, potential claim or notifiable circumstance.
Where a claim relates to a Writ, the Insurer will appoint their panel solicitor to take over conduct of the matter.
